What's included in the monthly retainer?
Editing for any and all of your English language content, including marketing assets, internal communications, formal reports… whatever you need. The retainer includes up to 12 hours of editing time per month.
What happens if I need more/less time per month?
If we find that you need more or fewer hours per month, we can update the contract to reflect that.
What does "copy polishing" mean?
Copy polishing means editing your content so that it’s ready for publication. I review the language, grammar, and intent, and make changes/provide feedback. I also remove the key details that mark content as being AI generated: telltale punctuation, phrases, sentence structures, etc.
How is this different from a content retainer?
The main difference is the pricing. Copy polishing is meant for projects, and is charged per project. A content retainer is charged per month as an ongoing fee. The quality and detail of the editing is the same.
