If the stuff cut from the guide can become a popular and successful blog post, the stuff in the guide must be pretty good!

ERP implementation is a popular topic on the Novacura blog. Not surprising, then, that this piece is the 2nd most read post! I think the success of this piece lies in the fact that it provides a glimpse into the inner workings of Novacura, and their project management processes.
Job Safety Analysis: What it is & How to Make it Better
One of my personal goals with every piece of content is to try and simplify complex concepts or processes. The Job Safety Analysis is one of those complex processes: one that many Novacura customers are trying to simplify. I used a simple example—pouring and drinking a cup of coffee—to illustrate that every action has potential hazards. It’s not one of our most popular posts, but I’m still proud of it.
